Using decor rentals versus buying your own decor is the way to go my friends. Top four reasons to rent over buy:
It will save you money! Our rental items are generally at least 25- 50 % more affordable than purchasing new and we include all the fuel cells and candles.
You'll save time sourcing all the items you’ll need from a variety of sources.
You don’t have to store all the decor in your home for the next year while you plan.
We deliver and return end of the night to pick up all our decor items. Trust me when I say not having your family have to deal with all your decor especially at the end of the night will make them so happy. It can be a lot of work.
How Delivery/Pick up Works:
We generally like to deliver to your venue and what we do is we take all the decor out of our packaging and place it in one area of your venue for your coordinator or family to set up around the venue. We do set up the marquee signs and any backdrops being rented. We take our packing materials with us and then come back again at the end of the night to pack up everything that we brought. We ask that the items are gathered all together in one area again for ease of packing.
Delivery/pick up costs depend on venue location.
Rental Minimum for delivery is $200.
Rental Minimum for pick up from my showroom is $100. Certain rental items are not able to be picked up from showroom.
Please notify me if you can not make it to a rental decor meeting as soon as possible. If I am stood up with no notification from you, you will be charged a $50 fee.
